Our Principal Consultant, Jeff Shlanger, has helped small- and medium-sized business with their people strategies since 2006.

Jeff has built a reputation as a transformational leader. With more than 10 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Jeff has worked as both a consultant and in-house, where he has driven results for organizations through their start-up roots and beyond this phase. He applies the fundamentals of Functional Job Analysis and Program Evaluation to his approach. Jeff has provided Human Resources support to all major business functions, including: Strategy, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Creative, IT, Operations, and Finance. Above all, he has successfully helped companies leverage Human Resources to scale their businesses. Through these experiences, Jeff understands how to adapt Human Resources practices, how to be lean and differentiate.

Embrace HR Solutions applies a 5-step approach to all projects.

Step 1: Needs Assessment. We meet with key stakeholders in the organization to determine what needs to be accomplished and to clarify any questions. We set expectations about the work to be performed and scheduling of milestones. 

Step 2: Research. We examine the industry’s best practices related to the project at-hand. Based on this, we put together recommendations for forward-thinking and practical solutions, tailored to the organization. We lay this out clearly to ensure stakeholders understand the proposed solutions.

Step 3: Client Review. We meet again with key stakeholders to discuss the proposed solutions to be implemented. We work together with our clients to make necessary adjustments based on feedback through this review process until agreement is reached. 

Step 4: Implementation. Solutions are professionally developed to expectations. Either in partnership with members of the organization or solely by the Embrace HR Solutions team, solutions are rolled-out to specific departments or company-wide.

Step 5: Evaluation. Feedback is gathered to measure the effectiveness of the solution implementation, surveying all key stakeholders and employees. Discussions are sought ensure client satisfaction. Following this, dates are set to discuss re-evaluation of the implemented solution.

We are ideal for small businesses (200 employees or less), who are experiencing or expecting to experience high growth and are expanding their workforce, as a result. Many times we are hired to put out existing fires, but we want to take a proactive approach to prevent them to begin with. We look to assist clients who want to build comprehensive human resources strategies and deploy effective implementations to enable their businesses to continue to get bigger.
